Artificial Intelligence (AI) stands out as a revolutionary force, shaping the future of how printers can operate, innovate, and interact with clients. However, I think we have to keep our wits about us and remember that AI is not just some static new tool.

AI encompasses thousands of tools and applications, each with the potential to redefine aspects of business operations, from customer service to data analysis and beyond. Despite the buzz surrounding AI, a surprising reality remains: 99% of businesses have yet to leverage AI meaningfully. This statistic is not an indictment but rather a wake-up call that we have an opportunity to harness this thing.

My opinion is that if you haven’t started on your AI journey, you’re not behind, you’re right on time. However, the window of opportunity to engage with and benefit from AI technologies is narrowing. Immediate action is required to stay relevant and competitive.

The first thing I recommend is to embrace experimentation with different tools. Just diving in and playing around with them can be crucial to understanding how AI can best serve your unique business objectives. Secondly, invest time in learning. In other words, approach AI with curiosity and an open mind, and be prepared to learn and adapt.
